He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Blackburn and Aline Blackburn; his siblings, Paul Blackburn and Sheila Rexford; and his son-in-law Frank Toews IV.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Blackburn; his daughters, Kymberly B. Jensen (Timothy) and Tiffany B Toews; his grandchildren, Caleb, Jacob (Kirsten), Aline, Aynsley, Tabitha (Dylan), Alyson, Ezekiel, Teagan, Esther, Loewen, Susanna, Sophia, Jubilee and Calysta; his great grandchild Matthias; and his sister Doris Gukich (Robert). He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In leiu of flowers, donations may be made to his granddaughter, Aline Toews, who is working on the mission field in Africa.
