It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda Larette Younge of Citronelle, Alabama, born in Tibbie, Alabama, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Howard and James Howard; her husband Joe Younge; her children, Janet Y. Younge and Jimmy Younge; and her siblings, James Buddy Younge and Yvonne Younge.
She is survived by: her daughter Virginia Henderson (James); her sisters, Audrey Henderson and Louise Buchanan (Buck); her grandchildren, John Henderson (Charlie) and Michelle Jordan (Garry); her great grandchildren, Brunden Jordan, Emmalee Jordan, Nick Henderson (Kylena), Chesney Wilkerson (Coleman), Harley Newton (Tyler), Jorja Henderson and Toni Henderson; and her close friends, Linda Howard, Olla Mae Bumpers, Margaret Prichett, Sandra Robinson, Ester Pugh, Lillie Mae Toomey, Wayne, Barbara Robinson and Bro Darius Templeton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
