He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Buddy" Smith and Doris "Dee" Smith; and his siblings, Bruce Smith, Brenda West and Kimberly Silcox.
He is survived by: his sons, Robbie Smith (Mandy), Jim Smith (Jill) and Tim Smith (Jennifer); the mother of his children Vickie Davidson (Byrd); his grandchildren, Brett Smith, Alexis Smith, Laurel Smith, Joshua Smith, Alex Smith and Rinnah Smith; and his sisters, Elsie Yates (Jim), Faye Howard, Paula Williams and Kay Hollman (Aubrey). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
