She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Lofton and Margie Lofton; and her brother David Lofton. She is survived by: her children, Cedric Thompson, Fredric Thompson and Kayla Rivers-Powell; her grandchildren, Katherine, Vito and Riker; and her siblings, Ray E. Lofton, Gail Helveston, Barbara Ross, Travis Lofton, Linya Roberts and Lisa Page.
Burial will be in Charity Chapel Cemetery.
