She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Sipes and Lena Sipes. She is survived by: her husband Philip Herr; her children, Craig Herr (Beth), Ann Kendall (Timothy), Joe Herr (Sandy) and Ben Herr (Suzanne); and her sister Sue Lewis (Donald). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
