He is survived by: his wife Linda Moore; his son David Scott Moore; his daughter-in-law Terri Moore; his grandchildren, David Gary Moore (Angel), Peyton Williams (Matthew), Scott Moore (Tori) and Taylor Moore; his great grandchildren, Aaden, Journee, Nolan, Kairi, Benjamin, Harleigh and Lucas; and his sister-in-law Susan Moore. He is also survived by sisters; and other relatives and friends.
