He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Tolbert and Zenola Tolbert; and his siblings, Max D. Tolbert and Francis J. Cayton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Tolbert; his children, Butch Tolbert, Karen Vauhen, Gary Barlett (Darene), Edward Tolbert (Kim), Tonya Tolbert and Billie Turner; his sisters, Audrey Chamlee and Elizabeth Crossley; and his sister-in-law Lori Tolbert. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
