He was loved and cherished by many people including: his aunt Bonnie; his father Calvin Esau Gardner; his grandson Cameron Eli Gardner; his wife Marilyn Gardner; his mother Sarah Gardner; his sons, Calvin Edward Gardner, Jr. and Christopher Everette Gardner; his grandchildren, Garrison, Grayson, Caylee, Griffin, Lottie and Christin; his sisters, Sherrie McIntyre, Donna Ruffin and Wanda Hall; and his niece Lexie. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
