He is survived by: his wife Abbigail Rivers Weaver; his son Alton Zander Weaver, Jr.; his father Zan Weaver (Barbara); his grandmother Virginia Jenkins; his siblings, Ketchum (Jesse), Paula Weaver, Donna Villegas (Joel), Rene'King, Kylee Rivers, Tiffany Weaver, Dristin Weaver and Zan Weaver; his nieces, LeAnn Chestang (Ronald), Demi Overton (Lavern), Victoria Villegas, Elizabeth Villegas, Chloe Weaver, Kaylee Eller, Melody Jordan and Autumn Jordan; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kason, Jayden, Kaiston and Journee; and his pets, Remi and Tundra.
