He is survived by: his parents, Tony Sullivan (Inais) and Tammi Cunningham (Tony); his aunt Lynn Tillman (Cory); his siblings, Christin Cunningham, Kayla Cunningham, Rebecca Sullivan, Skyler Sullivan, Kellye Tillman, Dakota Sherer, Stephen Sherer and Victoria Sherer; his aunts and uncles, Janet Horton, Angie Bowman and Vicci Sullivan (Jason); and his cousins, Rebecca Ward, Tiffany Sullivan, Rebecca Sullivan, Gerald Hall, Noah Scarcliff and Oliver Scarcliff.
