It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Lee Chestnut Sr. (Chunchula, Alabama), born in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on March 27, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Chestnut and Bernice Butts Chestnut; and his brother James Gibson (Kicker). He is survived by: his wife Myra H. Chestnut; his sons, Jimmy Lee Chestnut, Jr. (Stacy), Jared Lance Chestnut and Jonathan Lyle Chestnut (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Jessie Chestnut Lowery (Paul), Josh Chestnut, Skylar McVea and Jonathan Chestnut; his great grandchild Kinslee Lowery; his sister Marie Braswell (Bryce); and his pet Poochie Ann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and in laws and friends.
