He is survived by: his children, Terry W. Heflin, Jr. (Mandy), Rhonda Barkley (Patrick) and Brandy Hill; and his siblings, Ricky Heflin, Rex Heflin (Tracy) and Bonnie Plymouth. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
