He was predeceased by: his siblings, Melvin Harvey and Claudia Threatt. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Threatt Harvey; his sons, Roy N. Harvey (LeKenya) of Sylacauga, Ala and Demetrius Harvey (Christina) of Sylacauga, Ala; and his siblings, Christine Tate of Cleveland Ohio, Doris Harvey of Cleveland Ohio, Pauline Harvey of Cleveland Ohio, James Harvey (Frances) of Bessemer, Ala and John Harvey (Eleanor) of Cleveland Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family and friends.
