He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Castleberry (Kelley Castleberry). He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Castleberry-Landers (Seth), Dana White and Matt Castleberry (Megan); his grandchildren, Reed Parker, Jordin Parker, Dax Castleberry, Arwen Castleberry, Lexi Adair, Slade Adair, Payton Landers and Clair-Charles Landers; his mother Doris Ray; his sister Chris Lang (Larry); and his niece Stacey Ezekiel.
