He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Heflin and Eunice McGhee Maddox of Childersburg, Alabama; and his siblings, Charles Allen Maddox, Billy Franklin Maddox, Donald Wayne Maddox, Lynese Maddox Dobbs, Delores Maddox Meeks and Linda Maddox Jinks.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Baker Maddox; his sons, Jonathan Michael Maddox (Andrea) and Grant Clayton Maddox (Whitney); his grandchildren, Andrew Maddox, Nathan Maddox, Hannah Maddox, Nolan Maddox and Rhyan Maddox; and his sister Sandra Maddox Giddens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Baptist Church (1299 15th Ave SW, Childersburg, AL 35044).
