Surrett Mayberry; his former wife Lois Mayberry of Elizabeth; his son Kenneth Wayne Mayberry (Maria) of Elizabeth; his grandsons, Benjamin Mayberry, Tyler Mayberry and Anthony Mayberry; his great grandchildren, Jackson Mayberry, Waverly Mayberry, Clayton Mayberry, Brynley Mayberry, Ashlyn Burk, Brayden Meredith and Kadence Meredith; his granddaughter Sandra Abale (Gemini) of Louisville; his great grandchildren, Gemma Wink and Connor Wink; his granddaughter Jennifer Cline (Scott) of Louisville; his great grandchild Finn Cline; his grandchild Niles Charlet (Josh) of Louisville; his great grandchild Chloe Charlet; his former wife Jan Thompson of Eddyville; his son George Curtis Mayberry (Jennifer) of Eddyville; his grandsons, Jacob Mayberry, Lucas Mayberry and Ethan Mayberry; his stepchildren, Kathy Mottern (D. J.) of Shelby, Myron Shaul (Sharon) of Wilsonville and Tammara Shaul of Jeffersonville, Indiana; and his siblings, Donald E. Mayberry of Elizabeth, Catherine Spence of Elizabeth, Sandina Mayberry of California and Mildred Holz of Portsmouth, Ohio. He is also survived by 12 step grandchildren and many step great grandchildren.
