She was predeceased by: her husband James Brasher. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Brasher, Wendy Hasch (Frank), Cyndy Ragsdale (Maury) and Roben Duncan. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Frances' memory may be made to American Heart Association; and Cancer research.
