He was predeceased by: his wife Norine. He is survived by: his children, Edmund J. H. Johnson, Jr. (Mary Anne) of Arab, Daniel J. Johnson (Brenda) of Durham, NC, Joseph R. Johnson (Deborah) of Yuma, AZ, James A. Johnson (Carol) of Dadeville, AL and Judi Headrick (Preston) of Hamilton. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
