It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo King of Childersburg, Alabama, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eula Jinright and Herbert Jinright; her husband B. C. King; and her grandson Hunter Haisten. She is survived by: her daughter Pat; her son-in-law Gary Haisten of Chelsea; her son Michael King of Birmingham; her grandson Wes Haisten (Erin); her great grandchildren, Gracelyn, Mallory and Hollace; and also, Hallie Claire, Lila Haisten and Laura Harris.
