“Sending condolences from Long Beach/Compton, California, Allen McCain's grandchild and child of Betty Joyce McCain Watts. I will never forget when I held the McCain/Adams family reunion in California in 2008 and Aunt Ada was not able to make it; she wrote me two of the sweetest letters telling me she was sorry she would not be able to make it but sent her blessings to all of us. That year I included her letters as well as paid Homage to her in our reunion book. She was 85 at the time.”
