He was predeceased by: his parent Otis Graham; and his brother Arley Graham. He is survived by: his parent Ruby Hawkins Graham; his wife Sharon Graham of Cherokee; his children, George Blystone, Tim Blystone, Samuel Blystone of Indiana, Perry Blystone of Morris Chapel, Dewayne Graham of New Albany, Steve Graham of New Albany and Tina Graham of New Albany; and his siblings, Burll Graham, Gary Graham, Joyce Forman and Lois Forman. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
