He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Harrell and Frances Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Judy Harrell; his sons, Shannon Harrell and Brent Harrell (Ashlee); his sisters, Sarah Frances Nelson, Barbara Gayle Carroll and Sue Harrell; his grandchildren, Malloree Harrell and Claire Harrell; his great grandchild Kendrick Cross; and his nephews, Doug Nelson (Nette) and Darrell Nelson.
