He is survived by: his wife Lena Rackley Mardis; his daughters, Christie Mardis Roth (Grant) and Amanda Mardis Dalrymple (Chris); his mother Kay Bentrum; his siblings, Bill Mardis, Tim Mardis, Rodney Mardis and Sherry Allison; and his grandchildren, Hunter Dalrymple, Lona Dalrymple and Hayden Dalrymple. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
