He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrell Fowlkes and Evelyn Fowlkes; and his sister Sherran Gibbons. He is survived by: his spouses, Judy Beaver Fowlkes and Sandra Fowlkes; his children, Tommy Fowlkes, Renee Schramm (Chris) and Seana Mondoux (Francois); his sisters, Melanie Gross, Melitta Sue Gentry (Jerry), Judie Nichols (Allen) and Julie Gillespie (Dean); and his grandchildren, Kelby Fowlkes, Bennett Schramm (Bronwyn), Harrison Schramm (Amelia), Baylor Schramm, Ryne Mondoux, Taylor Mondoux and Matthew Mondoux. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
