He was predeceased by: his parents, R. E. Patton and Betty Ruth Patton. He is survived by: his children, Michael Patton (Amy Jo) and Melissa Swader (Bradley); his siblings, Roger Patton, Peggy Fuller and Judy Baskins (John); his grandchildren, Dylon Patton and Cloey Swader; and his great grandchild Neeko Patton.
