He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Patrick Sullivan; his children, Douglas Sullivan (Carolyn) and Lisa Sullivan Dobbs (Joe); his siblings, William, Bobby, Kenneth Sullivan and Jewel Turberville; his grandchildren, Tony Pounders (Tasha), Shawn Sullivan (Tennille), Cody Dobbs, Jenny Jones (A. J.) and Kevin Dobbs; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Marlee, Cayson, Chloe, Wendell, Bradley, Zach and Austin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
