She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin "Shorty" Highfield; and her children, Sharon Ann Rowland and Sidney Lane Rowland. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Rowland (Debbie) of Temple, Steve Rowland (Kaye) of Spring Garden, Bruce Rowland, Becky Ramsey, Ted Rowland of St. Clare Florida and Eugene Rowland of Hollywood; and her siblings, Bobbie Kelley of Piedmont, Ricky Kelley (June) of Leesburg, Carlis Kelley (Betty Sue) of Cedartown, Guy Kelley of Ellisville and Greg Kelley (Cheryl) of Piedmont. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 11 great- grandchildren.
