He was predeceased by: his wife Ida Mae Dooley; and his daughter Teresa Dooley. He is survived by: his granddaughter Brittany Dooley (Bartley); his siblings, James "Pole" Harold Dooley and Brenda "Red" Grissom; and his caregivers, Betty and Bobby Lambert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morrison Funeral Home - Cherokee (10865 US-72, Cherokee, AL 35616). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
