She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Piersol. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Gary Levan; her children, Rena Levan Heller (Don) of Guyton, GA, Daniel Gary Levan, Jr. of Chelsea, AL. and Bobby Levan (Shona) of Chelsea, AL.; her siblings, William O. Piersol (Caroline) of Lincoln, AL, George Piersol of Lincoln, AL, Leon Piersol (Sherry) of Lincoln, AL and Jenny Piersol Uhrich (Chuck) of Madison, AL; and her aunt Connie Barrentine of Parrish, AL. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to The Lovelady Center.
