He was predeceased by: his father Nathaniel M. Barker VII; his brother Nathaniel M. Barker VIII; and his son Joseph Eric Barker. He is survived by: his mother Louise Eubank Barker; his children, Paige Cooper (Rustin), Bryan Barker (Heather) and Chance Epperson (Paige); his grandchildren, Luke Barker, Jonathan Barker, Kimberlynn Barker, Braelyn Cooper, Brexton Cooper and Bryson Epperson; and his siblings, Lisa Shirley (David), Bill Barker (Cathy), Linda Thomas (Steve), Ben Barker (DaShell) and Rachel Johnson (Jeff). He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews; and 23 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Glorious Church of Chelsea (168 Chesser Crane Rd, Chelsea, AL 35043). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
