We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2022, at the age of 80, Shirley Ann Busby of Chatom, Alabama, born in Middleborough, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Herbert Small and Eva Winfiski Small; her husband Donald E. Busby; her daughter Kimberly Ann Cody Hamilton; and her siblings, Veronica Small Washburn, Lawrence Small, Emily Small Young and Ellen Small Briggs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Cody Beech and Caren Dee; her grandchildren, Thomas Cody Beech (Erin Canady), Lawrence Coleman Beech, Olivia Joy Beech, William McCrary, III (Maria Anne Cassi) and Ashley McCrary Mosley (Jon); her great grandchildren, Landon Mount (Mosley), Kinsley Mosley, Ryker Beech, Zeke Beech and Adelyne Rose McCrary; her sister-in-law Ethel "Babe" McCrary; and her close friend Sandra "Sis" Fleming. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations toward expenses.
