He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Seay and Frances Seay; his brother Brett Seay; and his niece Jessica Seay Cox. He is survived by: his wife Leigh Anne Seay; his children, Mary Mill (Patrick) of Trussville, William Kennard of Chatom and Michael Seay of Chatom; his granddaughters, Dani and Kinsley; and his siblings, Samuel B Seay (Sheryl) of Homer, LA and Sara Friedrich (Larry) of Mt. Pleasant, SC. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.
