She is survived by: her mother Dessie Mae Sullivan Chafin; her children, Bridgett Busby, Zachery Busby, Jeremiah Busby (Amiee) and John Busby; her grandchildren, Destiny Loper, Morgan Busby, Katina Goodrich, Katie Morgan, Cadance Busby, Casey Busby, Liam Busby, Josh, Madison Hensley and Kaleb Hensley; and her siblings, Debbie Ethridge (Mitchell), Larry Chafin (Sherry) and Dan Chafin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
