He is survived by: his wife Sandra Foreman Buford; his children, Richard Eugene Buford (Toree) and Hollie Murphy (Mike); and his grandchildren, Kaylin Little, Bailey McClellan (Nick), Molly Buford and Richard Ethan Buford.
