Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Maria Richardson of Chatom, Alabama, born in Las Vegas, Nevada, who passed away at the age of 61, on January 26, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Martinez and Mildred Singleton Grossman; and her siblings, Richard, Rory Sawyer and Tonya Leon.

She is survived by: her siblings, Ronnie Sawyer (Jeannie), Rex Sawyer, Reina Berger (John) and Raoul Martinez (Wendy); her children, Roderyck "Shaw" Evans (Shannon), John Henry "Hank" Richardson (Danielle), Jacob "Abb" Richardson (Shelby) and Jessica Raquel Richardson; her grandchildren, Wyatt Newburn, Eli Evans, Leighton Richardson and Lillian Richardson; and her pets, Mann and Gypsy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
