He was predeceased by: his parents, Zack Malley and Jewel Manuel; and his brothers, Joe and Charles Malley. He is survived by: his children, Jarvis Abston of Portland, Ore. and Yvonne Wohlfart of Germany; and his siblings, Terry Malley of Vancouver, Wash (Willie Malley), Quester Malley of Chatom, Patricia Manuel of Chatom and Barbara Young of Mobile. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; with a host of nieces, nephews, other cousins and friends.
