She is survived by: her husband Raymond Carley Smith of Chatom, AL; her sons, Clayton P. Mixon (Zita) and Calvin D. Mixon (Pam); her stepchildren, Ronnie Smith (Deb), Mark Smith (Kim), Glenda Oates (Buck), Brenda Oates (Mike) and Jennie Pippen (Adam); and her siblings, Terry Godwin, Sr., Michael Petty (Carol) and Sandra Myers of Grand Bay, AL. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
