He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Loper and Lena Baxter Loper; and his wife Eleanor Van Oosten Loper. He is survived by: his child Donald Loper (Elizabeth) of Valerie Markus; his grandchildren, Guy Markus (Rebecca), Troy Markus, Todd Loper (Katherine), Jared Loper (Kim) and Reade Loper (Courtney); and his great grandchildren, Isabela, Gabriel, Bryson, Rowen McKenna and Sheperd.
