He was predeceased by: his wife Julia Nall Guy; and his parents, Eugene Guy and Annie Lauria Guy. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Guy; his grandson Tanner Spillers; and his brother Roland Guy (Margie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
