He was predeceased by: his siblings, James, Thomas (Dot), Mattie Lou, Ola Mae and Vivian; and his son Lynn Duwayne Cooper.
He is survived by: his child Steer Showmanship; his daughter-in-law Mary Cooper of Chatom, AL; his siblings, Creddie Horne of Chatom, AL and Willie Howard Cooper (Vivian) of Birmingham, AL.; his grandchildren, Letitia Clark (Alvin) of Mobile, AL, Tiara Cooper of Mobile, AL, Kezmond Cooper of Mobile, AL, Jalyn Cooper of Mobile, AL, Jasmine Rhodes of Covington, GA, Jamaal Rhodes of Oxford, MS., Raven Boykin of Tuscaloosa, AL and Lynn Cooper (LJ) of Chatom, AL.; his great grandchildren, Amani Winston, Aniya Clark, Ivey Lynn Cooper, Kamille Adelle Cooper, Kamari Duwayne Cooper and Raelyn Dior Albert; and his close friend Margaret Yelding. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Masks are required and social distancing will be enforced.
His spiritual foundation was established at Lilly Grove Baptist church where he was a member from his childhood.
