Doris Buckalew Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2020, at the age of 88, Doris Buckalew (Chatom, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Henry Lee Hudson; her husband Thomas Wayne "Jack" Buckalew; her mother Minnie Rebecca Hudson; and her siblings, Elma Ogle and Lavoyd.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Buckalew Bryant, Danny Buckalew and Keith Buckalew (Jeri Lyn); her siblings, Judy Nichols, Joe Hudson (Raye Ann) and Lamar Hudson (Latona); her sister-in-law Joyce Duke Hudson; her grandchildren, James Hunter Bryant (Catherine), Danielle Buckalew Hailey (Ben) and Brittney Taylor Buckalew; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Bryant, Marley Bryant and Owen Hailey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Bassett Creek Cemetery Fund, the Alzheimer's Association, the Lymphoma & Leukemia Society or the charity of one's choice.
