He is survived by: his children, Tre' Rowland (Jennifer), Duane Rowland (Lisa) and Denise Carpenter (Aaron); his siblings, Margaret Howze, Dorothy Savoy (Fred), Robert Rowland (Karen), Tommie Rowland (Judy) and Dyrl Rowland (Connie); and his grandchildren, Tori Rowland, Ty Rowland, Juliana Abston, Kaylee Abston, John Abston, Cade Abston, Brooke Brewer (Jarod), Blake Perry, Beth Brand (Garrett), Keith Nichols, Leanna Clements (Chris) and Aaron Carpenter (Kelly). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and loving friends.
