She is survived by: her husband Thomas Fred Mazingo of Chatom, AL; her children, Tommy Mazingo (Marcia) of Houston, TX and Tracie Mazingo Weeks (Powers) of Gilbertown, AL; her siblings, Edward Dixon (Linda) of Saraland, AL, Billy Joe Dixon (Susan) of Gilbertown, AL, Hazel Griffith of Scott Mountain, AL, Becky Dixon of Butler, AL and Sherry Gardner (Allen) of Tibbie, AL; her grandchildren, Logan Weeks (Kaleigh) of Jackson, AL, Britain Weeks of Gilbertown, AL, Madeleine Mazingo of Houston, TX and Thomas Mazingo of Houston, TX; and her great grandchild Charleigh Weeks.
