He was predeceased by: his parents, William Austin and Marceille Austin; and his siblings, Wayne Austin and Linda Gayle Godwin. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Austin of Chancellor, AL; his son Scott Austin of Lake Nona, FL; his brother Doug Austin of Chancellor, AL; and his grandson Dylan Austin of Lake Nona, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Meadowlawn Cemetery (6121 AL-27, Enterprise, AL 36330).
