She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Greathouse and Agnes Greathouse; her children, Tina Slauter and John Maddox; and her siblings, Sandra Powell and Tim Greathouse.
She is survived by: her son Michael Adkison; her brothers, Joe Greathouse (Juanita) and Ron Greathouse; and her grandchildren, Dakota Adkison and Isabella Adkison.
