With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hilda Curenton of Chancellor, Alabama, born in Enterprise, Alabama, who passed away on April 5, 2021 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hilda Curenton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie B. Counts and Era Mae Owens Counts. She is survived by: her husband George A. Curenton; her daughter Georgie Debra Curenton; her grandson Richard "Ricky" Thomas Frazier, II; her siblings, Mildred, Pauline, Robert and Virgil; her daughters, Virginia Ann Frazier (Richard), Betty Sue Harwell, Hilda Jane Hawkins (Mike), Irma Lanette Rydel (John) and Brenda Kay Curenton; and her siblings, Cecil Counts (Dee), Jerry Counts and Nell Jean Counts Murphy (William). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren.
Face mask and social distancing will be required to attend these events.
