He is survived by: his children, Keith Bloodworth (Lisa) of Hartford, Stephen Bloodworth (Julie) of Warner Robins, GA, Lynn Bloodworth of Newnan, GA, Carmen Dilbeck of Durant, OK and Rebecca Courson (Jim) of Sandy Springs, GA; and his brother Wayne Bloodworth (Jean). He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
