He is survived by: his wife Ann Caddell; his daughter Carol Belcher; his sister Linda Mobley; his grandchildren, Michael Belcher and Brandi Belcher (Stephen); his great grandchild Leah Belcher; his daughter-in-law Ashley Hopkins; and his brother-in-law James Cox.
