He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Perry; his children, Tracy Mitchell, Jennifer Mitchell and Leslie Ann Mitchell; his grandchildren, Kelly Mitchell, Rachel Mitchell, Katelyn Mann and Kayleigh Mann; his siblings, Donald Ray Perry (Inos), Loiel Perry (Faye), Randall Perry (Brenda) and Vickey Ingram (Harry); and his sisters-in-law, Nettie Perry, Etta Perry, Carliene Perry, Teresa Renee Bird (Douglas) and Deneise Fondren (Alan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
