She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Fondren and Jean Ethridge Brooks; her son Allen Wayne Brooks; her sister Nancy Darlene Hicks; and her stepson Adam Middlebrooks.
She is survived by: her husband Tommy Middlebrooks; her daughters, Jessica Parsons (Jeff) and Tessa Green (Norman); her brothers, Randy Fondren (Jamie) and Thomas Fondren (Misty); and her grandchildren, Jeremy, Connor, Jessie of Ezar, J. T and Kensley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pineland Memorial Park.
